This is awesome, a great ensemble piece overall. Love the poses, the expressions, the anatomy and use of color, the little details in the jewelry and clothing (although it's kinda hard to see the little things in such a big picture!).

Props on getting the physical features to go with each person's race too. Some of the expressions/coloring remind me of Stjepan Šejić work.

Did you use photo references for the poses?

Even though I like the lineup idea, maybe try in the future a more overlapping of characters to create a more dynamic look. Lineups are a cool composition idea but often they look very flat because... it's a lineup! Also consider overall more contrast of black and white. Shading-wise this is a very gray/dark gray picture overall, and could use some livening up in that respect. Also the colors are so carefully applied and that's great, but in this medium and setting it's kinda hard to see all those details. I do the same thing sometimes, putting a lot of effort into these tiny things that are hard to see once I actually publish the pic. In future, consider loosening up a bit and experimenting with more intense or saturated hues or swathes of color to bring attention to some parts of the picture and away from others to direct the audience's eye and tell more of a story about the group overall, not just the relationships between them. This image has a very "equal" feeling, with every character given the same amount of care and attention to rendering, which is nice but you can play around with that a little more to give the overall picture a certain feeling or emotion as well, a more defined impact.

Not sure about the mid/dark grey in the bg, Maybe would have tried a grey/blue gradient at bottom softly going to ALMOST white at the top, with the gradient curving slightly, peaking in the middle behind the group. You could then have the smoke coming up through those colors with a single grey and it would look like the smoke was a gradient...

Sorry if all that description was REALLY vague, I'm kinda tired after work. But hopefully some of that feedback you'll find useful
